These pictures were taken in January 2006. I just wanted to put it up to show people that you can make changes. I was well overweight and I knew it. I just decided I was going to join Weight Watchers so what the hell, live with it and make the changes when I got home.
I did. I can tell you that it doesn't matter what you look like at the beginning or how much you dont like your body, you can make changes. You only need to decide. Decision made, begin, and do it one day at a time. Never look at the total goal, break it down and believe in yourself. Im following this very system and it works for me. You can do it cos if I can, anyone can.
