The other day, SexyF (left) 21forever (middle) and Mrs K (right) met with me for lunch. We had a great bagel and coffee together and really enjoyed the break.
I nearly let them off the hook but at the last minute, pulled out my trusty cellphone and caught this pic.

I'm thinking about coming up to Wellington May 6th for this duathlon http://www.realduathlon.co.nz/main.cfm?id=56 hhope we can have a get2gether then. Almost decided not to go to the WW abbfab one in Gold Coast so this would be just as good.
